AE Cyber (Senior Officer) - Business Development Specialty
Job Responsibilities
หน้าที่หลัก / กิจกรรมหลัก (Key Responsibilities / Activities)
- Developing a portfolio of cyber insurance businesses through new accounts, cross selling to Alpha Group and renewal accounts
- Identifying and qualifying new business and cross-selling opportunities through an in- depth understanding of the market and product knowledge
- Implementing aggressive and proactive follow-up of monthly target/ prospect lists.
- Maintaining client focused with the ultimate goal of obtaining revenue growth
- Developing, managing and maintaining relationships with clients, insurers and reinsurers
- Participating in business planning and budgeting
- Assisting Head of Department for the issues assigned
Qualifications
วุฒิการศึกษา(Education Background)
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาประกันภัย หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ขั้นต่ำ)
- มีใบอนุญาตินายหน้าประกันภัย / ประกันภัยต่อ
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
ความรู้ ทักษะ และบุคลิกภาพ (Knowledge Skills and Personalities)
- มีใจรักการบริการ
- มีไหวพริบในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า ได้อย่างเหมาะสม
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน
- รักการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตัวเองตลอดเวลา
- มีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี
- สามารถปรับตัวเข้ากับคนอื่นได้ง่าย ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส และมีทัศนคติเชิงบวก
- มีความรู้ด้านประกันภัย / ประกันภัยต่อ / AE Cyber (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีความรับผิดชอบต่องาน
- สามารถทำงานได้ด้วยตนเอง และ สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- มีความอดทน และควบคุมอารมณ์ได้ดี
